Digitization takes information from a paper form and creates an electronic form of the document that is often achieved by scanning and/or capturing the data into a system.
Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) creates forms and applications using bubble technologys such as in use in the current National Lottery “Lotto” forms. Such forms can be scanned into a database at high-volumes (approximately 10,000 /hour) and immediately loaded into any system and accessed on-line and backed up with a physical digital copy of the actual scanned image
